Terrific get for the Evansville Aces. HC McCarty is a hometown who has been successful wherever he's been. He looks enthusiastic to get the Aces program back to consistently winning ways. I'm sure McCarty has plenty of hoops connections.

So BIG congrats out to UE, and again....we need all the Valley schools to keep upping the bar and make the MVC better and better. OOOOO yeah!!!! 8-)

I just wanted to say those are a couple good hires for Valley teams. Especially Ford. Mcarty is a little more of a play the lottery and hope you win. Ford a little more polished. Both decent choices though.

Video of his press conference anywhere? Barry and Dana (and a recently departed coach who shalln’t be named) had amazing intro pressers and Walter has a way of speaking that is compelling.
