Simple process of elimination states that Southern Miss will be making a trip to Carver to play Bradley (unless they're using the game against a non-D1 which wouldn't be smart.

https://www.bloggingthebracket.com/2017 ... anksgiving

It also says one of Missouri State's non-bracketed games is against Robert Morris.

Per a release form North Dakota State the Bears will be making a trip to Fargo.

Yeah, the Bears schedule has a few known items like road games at NDSU & Wright St., home games vs Western Kentucky, ORU, and the 4 games in the KC tourney which has home games vs Robert Morris and I think Stetson but then playing 2 of the 3 of Southern Cal/Texas Tech/Nebraska in KC. I think Ark St is in the schedule as well. The final couple games will determine if it's good schedule or just so-so. There was rumor of a roadie at Texas but unconfirmed. If we can get at least one more P-5 game , that would give us 3 with the games in KC being potential NCAA tourney level, and W.Kentucky getting some top 25 mention in preseason polls, Wright st has been a solid MM program of late and NDSU at least respectable. I could live with that in Ford's 1st year.

UNI will take part in the US Bank Stadium Basketball Classic in Minneapolis on December 1st. UNI will play South Dakota State at 8:00. Drake will play North Dakota State at 5:30 on 12/1 as well.

They're playing 4 games in US Bank Stadium over two days to get ready for the Final 4 the following April.

Great opportunity in a cool venue for two Valley programs and both should be winnable games.

UNI also will play Stony Brook in Cedar Falls on 12/29 in a buy game. Stony Brook was RPI 208 last year and should be pushing the top 150 this year.

Not bad. Thanks for the info. UNI vs SDSU should be a fun one. Definitely looking forward to it.

Great matchups for Drake/UNI in an important market. They even gave Drake/NDSU & UNI/SDSU the Saturday slots and pushed Minn/OkSt to Friday. Should be a fun trip for the 4 schools.

Mid-major Madness ranks the Jackrabbits 4th of all mid-majors — behind only Nevada, Gonzaga, & Loyola. That’ll be a Q1 game.

They are announcing Bradley's non-conference schedule on twitter today, announcing a new game every 30 minutes or so. So far it's very weak. Updated with more games:

Nov. 14 vs. Jacksonville St (Cancun Prelim 2)
Nov. 17 @ UIC
Nov. 20 vs. SMU (Cancun)
Nov. 21 vs. Penn St/Wright St (Cancun)
Nov. 24 vs. Chicago St
Nov. 28 @ IUPUI

Dec. 1 vs. New Mexico (MVC-MWC Challenge)
Dec. 4 @ Arkansas - Little Rock
Dec. 15 vs. Eastern Illinois
Dec. 18 @ Georgia Southern
Dec. 22 vs SE Louisiana

Wardle should be ashamed doing this to a senior laden roster. Barry Hinson and Marty Simmons think that schedule needs some strengthening. There's a lot of hoping in there that Jacksonville State UIC IUPUI and Georgia Southern can be decent. Otherwise it's a good MTE a strong challenge game and a bunch of nothing. Hopefully Bradley can turn in a decent RPI so that they can get better games in the future.

I was hoping that Bradley could reach into their scheduling top hat and pull out at least a rabbit and maybe even a mink. No- This looks like another skunk so a new top hat and some opened windows might be their first order of business.

Yes I know that scheduling is difficult but Bradley should be an excellent team and good teams should be able to find other good teams.
