My does have the ability to just take over a game but we see that what 2/3 times per year. Not enough. I take Fayne all day.

2 to 3 times per year? The dude averaged 16+ppg 6+rbs/game and close to 5 assists per game last year. Besides the turnovers the dude flat out balls most nights. I understand if you want to knock him for his attitude, off the court troubles, or leadership abilities but to keep minimizing what he can do on the court is just wrong and a lazy take.

He only took over the game a few times. The other times he just scored that much. Fayne scored that much too. I can't take a player who turns over the ball that much I just cant. Stripped when he goes inside more than half the time.

Milik is good probably 75% of the time, but when he is bad, he is unplayable. Saying he only went off a couple times is unfair. With that said, I will take Phil over Milik 10x out of 10.

nailed it.

Relax. It's week 1. Nobody is "satisfied" at all with the 1-1 we just saw in the last week, but the Titanic isn't exactly sinking either. First road game, the team got punched in the mouth... lets see how they respond.

HCDM was a defensive standout when he was a player at ISU. I can promise you practices aren't going to be so kind to these gents this week.

I'm sure they'll respond quite nicely at home against Chicago State!

Honest question: is he the best player or does he just have the highest ceiling? When it comes to ISU I've always thought Fayne is there best player game in and game out.

Right....I'm not even sure he's the best player on his own team.

That's not saying much. Bloomington high could beat chicago state.

Sure, but that would be like holding him out of an exhibition game. He shouldn't even need to dress against Chicago State.
