Given the fact that NDSU has made the NCAA tournament 3 times (and won a game in 2014) in the past 10 years and won three conference titles I'd have to disagree with you. They also had 6 winning seasons in a row this decade. If you don't think they'll be back then you clearly have no idea what you're talking about.

Saying that NDSU and SDSU would "take over" the MVC in basketball is such ridiculously preposterous statement. Maybe try something like "they would be competitive" in the MVC.
