Would prefer DeVries over BJ.

Any day of the week. I for one think BJ is overrated. He has some success in the beginning but is mediocre now. I think UNI could use a knew coach. Mediocre isnt good for mid-majors. Now, he's much better than our very own Dan Muller, however. Maybe they can go co-coach somewhere with Lansing as an assistant.

Good call, it was a pretty mediocre regular season title he won *checks notes* last year. Only the 3rd best season in school history.

Totally his fault that his best player had hip surgery and that his only other ball handler's family got hit hard by a global pandemic and had to go home.

I definitely think you're underrating Jacobsen. He's one helluva coach, and UNI is not a team I want to face right now.

His "mediocre" years put him in the top half of the MVC virtually every season. I think that's about as good as you can expect for any MVC school. When you're in the top half virtually every year, you're doing a great job, no matter what level you're at.

Losing Hemphill SUCKS. Poor guy, I hated seeing him so emotional on the bench. He’s been stellar this season.

No official word yet, but looked like a foot injury. The injury was not related to contact. He came out of the locker room in a boot.
