Bradley's full non-con was announced yesterday. Brutal home schedule, but reasonable road/neutral schedule, if they can somehow get a second decent game in St. Thomas:

11/2 vs. UIS (Exhibition)

11/9 @ South Dakota St.
11/13 vs. Howard

11/19 vs. Colorado St (Paradise Jam)
11/20 vs. Brown/Creighton
11/21 vs. Northeastern/Duquesne/Colorado/SIU

11/27 vs. Maine

12/4 vs. SIU-E
12/7 @ Toledo

12/18 vs. St Joseph's

12/21 vs. Sam Houston State (@ UTEP)
12/22 vs. UTEP/NC Central (@ UTEP)

12/29 vs. Bellarmine

What did Southern do to the league office?

First Five in January--
Loyola
Drake
at Valpo
at Missouri State
UNI

ESPN thinks UNI and Loyola are the two best teams in the league as they got both the Super Bowl Sunday slot and the last game of the regular season.

Other two traditional ESPN2 slots are UNI at Drake on Feb 5th and Drake at Loyola on Feb 19. Also looks like Loyola at Drake, Loyola at Missouri State, UNI at Missouri State and Missouri State at UNI in traditional ESPNU windows.

Can it be basketball season yet?

Yes. SIU's conference schedule at the beginning is brutal. Combine that with the fact that they only have 3 Saturday home games (2 being against perceived bottom dwellers this year). It will be hard to get the big crowds with all of the best teams coming in on Wednesdays.

I just hope that SIU can win 3 or 4 of their first 5 games in January to stay competitive.

What happens if they don't win the Dec. 1st game against the Aces?

Kyle, just funning with you. It's like it is every year with the Aces, you don't know what they have until you see them play some games. While Givance, and Newton are as good of guards as there are in the Valley, Kuhlman, and Frederking, will not be game changers. A lot of question marks to be answered with all the newcomers.

In my opinion, Domask is a first team All Conference player, and can dominate a game at anytime. I also think that Mullins is one of the three best coaches in the Valley. It will be a very interesting game, and may the best team win.

Curious who the other two are, or who you are leaving out.
