It’s not complicated if you know much at all about college hoops. Belmont returns everybody and defending tourney champions Morehead returns the best big in the conference while we are sporting a 75% revamped team. No brainer. Besides, who gives af where you’re picked in October lol?
RacerJoeD wrote:Well Matt Brown has now mentioned Missouri State as a possible target for CUSA expansion. I recommend you subscribe to his stuff, he has realignment stuff pretty well.
Hearing the CUSA candidate pool among FCS teams could expand beyond just Texas and Louisiana. Don't be surprised if Missouri State, or even potentially other FCS programs, get into the mix soon as well.
RacerJoeD wrote:The question is actually a pretty simple one-
Does Missouri State see themselves as an FBS school? If they do, then they should look at CUSA. If not, it’s moot.
But, and this is pretty important as distinctions go, looking and buying aren’t the same thing. Nobody knows what’s going to happen next with the NCAA, FBS, and realignment in general. You don’t want to be left standing when the music stops.

They do. Enrollment pushing 30,000 in a metro that's growing at a rapid clip. They're growing out of being a cultural fit in the Valley.
