The downside is that we will only get one bid. The upside is that that one bid is going to unquestionably our best team and we don't have to worry about the bubble potentially screwing the MVC over. I'm going to enjoy watching Loyola's last run as a Valley member and wish them only the best! Give 'em hell in the tournament! Go Ramblers! I will miss the yearly games against Loyola. We rarely won them but they were starting to gain real intensity the past 2-3 years. I will also the Loyola fans that post here and hope that they will continue to check in on us from time to time to talk hoops both MVC and nationally. Enjoy the A-10 but first here's hoping we can all enjoy a proper sendoff with a deep run in March! Go Ramblers! Go MVC!

I don’t know why they didn’t put students in better position in the arena.

All the credit to Loyola. Even thought they were the four seed they had a target on their back and 90% of the arena against them. That group took on the challenge and kicked ass. Well done.

This win did feel amazing, it's been hard to be on this forum over the past month. I expected Loyola to get a lot of s*** on an MVC forum, but I didn't expect myself to get baited into the troll comments haha. I enjoyed being a fan of the MVC and I'll continue to root for the MVC once Loyola leaves (unless they're playing an A10 school).

I hope Loyola will schedule some Non-Con games with the MVC in the future, some of the local rivalry's have been fun. Looking at you Bradley, even if you don't want to admit that we're worthwhile of being a rivalry.

No doubt Bradley and Loyola have become a good rivalry.

There's no one on the Bradley side that doesn't want to stop playing each other. Get Drew on board and let's keep it going. We'll even go up to Chicago next season.

I doubt Drew will schedule any MVC games in his first season, in the following seasons I don't see why he wouldn't.

There will be a Valley team on Loyola's schedule next year and it' will be UIC. Don't think we'll see more than that but could be wrong.

I forgot about UIC, I could see that happening. I love when Loyola is able to schedule local Chicago schools.

Wonder if anyone else saw Donovan Clay staring down the Valpo bench at least twice after hitting shots?

I admittedly know nothing about the circumstances around his transfer, but certainly looked like a guy who was determined to show up his former team.

Imagine dumping a girl to start dating someone more attractive who also makes more money, then rubbing your new girlfriend in their face when you run into your still single ex a year later.
