Sources via various social media posting that SIU could very well be adding a third impact type player within the next 5 to 10 days. Has any other Saluki fan out there heard of anything? It is social media so...LOL

Where are you seeing this? Haven't seen anything involving SIU since the Newton transfer a month ago.

Don't remember exactly when or where. Thinking it was Thursday or Friday of last week.
Possibly one of the recruiting services Rivals, 247 ?

The spring signing period ends 5/18 but that may not be super relevant you only sign one NLI in college. When you transfer, you sign a financial aide agreement or an offer of admission.

That said, there should be a lot of commitments this week.

Jordan Kwiecinski, who transferred from Drake, signed with Eckerd College, a D2 school in Florida. They were 5-18 last season. This is probably his level.

SIU adds a D2 transfer from Oklahoma. Averaged 11 PPG as a Freshman. Meh, think we’ll see one more transfer, probably a big.

Nobody has ever questioned Prohm's ability to recruit. The problem for him tends to be when the game starts.

I think Murray may be putting themselves in position to at least be in the upper half if not upper 1/3rd of the Valley . Moore is very legit, from the same juco Bears grabbed Mogbo from, and Murray has grabbed a couple decent portal adds as well. Seems to me a couple Valley incumbents who were in good position to challenge this year have been a little too light in their adds and roster improvement this offseason . Gonna be interesting.
