Lance Jones got benched for the last 15 minutes of the Bradley game and pouted. I don’t see why he would come back. And does Domask want to sign up for another year of 58-54 games? Go somewhere and win.

Lol, here we go again.

Mullins says no decisions on the seniors participating in senior day have been made, those conversations will be had after the season. He definitely sounded like there was a chance they would be back. "They are a big part of our team and I would love to coach them again."

I will be glad once this covid eligibility stuff has been exhausted and we can actually keep track of who is going to return. Not taking into account the portal of course.

The Bears didnt even do a senior night last night. The 3 who are seniors on the roster and Clay, Kendle Moore, and Ridgnal. Moore played 4 years at Colorado State and did a senior night there last year so opted not to do one for the Bears. Apparently it's a Ford policy that anyone eligible to return not be given a senior day, so we didn't see anything from Clay or Ridgnal.

Clay expressed his intent before the season to make this his final season of college basketball, but last night had some comments which indicated me maybe was leaning towards coming back. Who knows.

Once again, will be great to get this wacky eligibility stuff behind us.

If you were those two and had one year of college basketball left would you return to that?

I put this together for Redbirdfan.net regarding ILSTs scholarship players. Apologies for the formatting, MVCFans doesn't appear to have a chart function.

Seneca Knight and Colton Sandage are the only two with zero eligibility remaining.

Player 18-19 19-20 20-21 21-22 22-23 23-24 24-25 25-26
Luke Kasubke NA NA K State K State ILST Eligible Eligible NO
Malachi Poindexter NA NA VA VA ILST Eligible Eligible NO
Alston Andrews NA NA ILST ILST ILST Eligible Eligible NO
Darius Burford NA NA Elon Elon ILST Eligible Eligible NO
Liam McChesney NA RS USU USU* ILST ILST Eligible Eligible Maybe
Kendall Lewis NA App St App St ILST ILST Eligible NO NO
Harouna Sissoko NA RS ILST ILST ILST ILST Eligible Eligible NO
Alex Kotov Palm Beach State Daytona St** ILST RS ILST ILST Eligible Maybe NO
Joe Petrakis Dodge City RS K State K State WCU ILST Eligible NO NO
Ryan Schmitt NA DMACC DMACC ILST ILST Eligible NO NO

*Played in 3 games before seasoning ending injury, possible medical RS

** Played in 2 games before season-ending injury, possible medical RS

If Kotov and McChesney were granted a medical RS, then they both have an additional year as referenced by "maybe" in the chart.

I just remember that you said both of them were for sure leaving last year and then...they didn't

I’m not sure where Jones would go. He’s had a really bad season for his standards. He’s not going up a level. If he’s not back, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a mutual parting.

Domask I don’t think is good enough to go up a level either but I could see him starting an international career.

Floorburn U mofo. The last 2 SIU Sweet Sixteen teams had no problem with that.

Disagree on Domask. Would he play 38 minutes a game and be the focal point in the Big East or Big Ten, no, but I'm quite confident a lot of coaches would want him on their roster. I hope we don't see proof of that in March/April.

Both guys, Domask especially, could start making money playing in Europe.
