The MVC would be left with 11 teams, so I would say plug in a non-football playing school - which fits NKU or Bellarmine. My vote is for NKU. And then I would not do anything else.

NDSU doesn't add enough to justify it especially on their own or without SDSU but SDSU absolutely does. They are consistently a top 60-100 (or better) NET program. Would that translate to the MVC? Not sure and the SL programs would probably have to commit more resources to really have a chance but SDSU absolutely merits inclusion even as a standalone addition. (All of this presupposes that Missouri State has left and ORU is therefore off the table. They are not a good fit institutionally but they are really good at spots. I would hate myself for it but I would probably support their candidacy solely on the basis of this being an athletics conference.

I would never support ORU because of all of the issues they have that contrast with MVC school's values.
