If Drake and Indiana State continue to win and get to the finals against each other and Drake wins I think the MVC could get 2 teams in.

Not sure if you mean "generally" continue to win or win out. But if both teams win the rest of the regular season games in your scenario, then Indiana State would be a 100% guaranteed, take-it-to-the-bank, lock to be an at-large. Sycamores would be 30-4 and likely top 25 in NET. Probably still top 25 in the polls too.

Going undefeated the rest of the way in this league is a lot easier said than done, though. I actually think Indiana State might be able to survive two more losses if it's the right losses.

In general, but only the Big East and Gonzaga get any sort of pass outside of the traditional power conferences so we will see.

I'll bet you any amount of money a 30 win Indiana State team that loses in STL get an at large.

The "mid majors get screwed" propaganda is a very real thing but some people just take it way too far. A 30 win, top 25 NET team is 100% getting into the tournament. 99% avoiding the play in round too.

Yeah, but that would be winning out and I said just winning in general. A 30 win Indiana State better be getting a high seed.

At large chances took a major hit tonight.. That is a tough loss to try and overlook on a resume come selection Sunday. I'd say it's a 1 bid league.. Whats to say they won't have a dud of a game again? Only the winner on Sunday in stl is going to the dance.

if they win out until the finals they would be 29-5. that should be enough.

Because Indiana State decided to take 38 3-pointers and only made 8 of them. Imagine if they took half as many and instead tried for 2-pointers. Also not fouling us 21 times.

I said this before and I'll say it again: Indiana State has a quality wins problem.

Now the have a bad loss problem with nothing to balance it out.

They're a good team. They are definitely one of the best 68 teams in the country. That doesn't mean they're getting at at-large bid if they lose in St. Louis.
