If he is POY and makes AA, he's gone after next season at the latest.

I'm not sure how McDermott's game translates to professional basketball. He plays the 4 in a way that many Europeans do which I think helped him in the U19 games.

Of course it's too early to tell, Doug has a commanding lead out of the gate including best stats, best team, and most national pub.

That's possible. But it's also possible that MSU keeps winning in their non con schedule too. If that happens and Weems plays anything like last year then it won't be wrapped up at all.

Bazooka. That's pretty good. Wait until you see him play.

If Anthony James shoots and plays like he did against St. Mary's he runs away with it ;)

Seriously, though, nobody is playing as good as McDermott right now. If he keeps it up he will win. He is the best player in the conference and I personally don't think it is close.

I knew MSU fans would like the Bazooka!
There are three rules that I live by, never get less than 12 hours sleep, never gamble with a guy who has the same first name as a city and never get involved with a chick with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Stick to that and everything else is gravy!

With McDermott's start, name he has made for himself, and Creighton's team success, I'd say he'll get it in the end.

Hopefully, Weems and MSU will defend their other title instead.

McDermott and I don't think it's that close..

There's a long season ahead of us but McD is firing on all cylinders. I haven't been too impressed with Weems so far. Also add in the fact that Creighton is a Top 25 team, and well it's kind of a no-brainer right now.
