UNC-Wilmington (144) at Illinois State (120)
They already played this season. So they can't be matched up in the BB. Valpo or Oakland make a lot of sense with Geography and RPI. Maybe Youngstown because of their MVC football.

I don't understand how you can list LBSU's RPI at 40, use LBSU's record against top 50 schools as justification for them not being an at-large(I totally agree), but then say a win over LBSU would help no one. By what you said earlier, an improvement to a team's record against top 50 teams would be a boost to their resumes.
