Do any of the Creighton away games air on local TV? Not trying to be a d@#k, but all of WSU games that aren't on Fox Sports or national TV are broadcast on a local cable station in town. I would think with Creighton's support there would be the need for this.
A local station airs most of the remaining games, but the Evansville game is one of the few left without any coverage at all. From what I understand, a local network affiliate can only interrupt a certain number of network broadcasts a year and, through the group of games that they've already committed to air, the local channel has already hit that limit.
Got ya...WSU uses a Cox Kansas station which doesn't interupt anything but the weather radar. The cameras they use are definately not HD and must be pre 1980 as the video quality is horrible. Also if you don't have Cox for cable you are screwed like me who has AT&T. Also from what I understand Cox in there contract with WSU must air a certain amount of games and when Fox or ESPN pick up a game, they end up having to air a game that WSU has at home. Probably doesn't help attendance, but it is nice to have options as well. I believe all but 6 of WSU's regular season games have been on TV.
