Indiana State may not have a schedule like UNI's but it will be challenging enough for us, in a rebuilding year

I believe they are.

We need some serious home games, and winnable ones at that

I also think there is going to be enough separation from the top half and the bottom half while retaining a strong conference overall. We just need to get those non-conference wins next year. What do the non-con schedules look like so far?

ISU has...

South Padre (2home/2neutral)
Western Mich
MVC/MWC Challenge (home game)
@Bracketbuster

With CU already playing Boise St. in the challenge I really hope ISU draws SDSU. Nevada would probably be ok too though.

What other teams are in the South Padre tournament?

They haven't been announced yet, but one of the teams rumored is Northwestern, which makes complete sense because our home/home with them doesn't start until next year so that could be why we didn't start it next season.

Might not know full layout of the tournament until June or July.

Well now that the panthers season is over I'll make my prediction

Creighton
UNI
Illinois State

Drake

Wichita state
Evansville
Indiana State
Missouri State

Bradley
Southern Illinois

Those top 3 are all going to be NCAA tournament worthy. Knowing what all these teams have back and how all 3 teams played in the post-season. All three could be scary good and will be battling to the last day for the conference championship. UNI and Creighton will both have an opportunity to earn at larges with their OOC schedules. Illinois state...eh. Drake should not be far behind them. They'll have the talent to compete but Phelps is still their coach and will lose a few games that they shouldn't that will kill them. I think 5-8 will once again be up in the air. All 4 loses key pieces with MSU and Wichita losing the most. Bradley will be better. Still not very good and southern has a loooong ways to go.

How do we lose the most? We lose a PG who couldn't score if there was a group of 3 year olds guarding him, a weak center who played like a bad SG, and a senior 'face of the program' that quits halfway through the season...

UNLV-Road (MVC-MWC)
Iowa or Iowa State-"neutral" apparently
St. Mary's-Home
Ohio-Road
Battle 4 Atlantis Tournament (Duke, Louisville, Missouri, Memphis, Minnesota, Stanford, VCU)

I'm thinking the schedule has a chance to be decent, hopefully the team can be ready for it.

I doubt VCU will play UNI next year, The Shockers play their BracketBuster return game against them next year. Other than that, looks like a great schedule.

Depending how the bracket sets up in Atlantis we could get them there as well.
