I just read that the Jays are the Shocker's first sellout of the year (as far as I know).
I guess that must mean...........................Evansville fans will dig this...............................

Back to the topic at hand. UNI is coming off a great performance last Saturday and will be motivated by their dislike of the McDermotts, so the Jays need to stay focused and take care of Panther business tonight and not even think about Saturday's game until 10 pm tonight! I am glad they will have an extra day to prepare for the Shockers who will want to win their Super Bowl badly!

Off topic and a bit paranoid, but sorry to disappoint JAY DOG, it's not the first sellout of the year.

Last two games they have sold standing room only. The seating without the temp seats in the Bud Bar (mmmm, cold beer) is high 17's. With the temp seating it is in the mid 18's for seats available.

Thus, without the temp seating, high 17's is seating capacity and everyone else just looks for a standing vantage point. They can probably sell close to 19,000 with standing room but that might be pushing the envelope.

Yeah I am pretty sure Jake and Mac are still very good friends. I would think some of the other coaches would still like Mac too (Erik Crawford) and most others. The coaches do probably enjoy beating Creighton a little bit more just because it is always fun to win against your friends. I am sure most of the players are indifferent, but would enjoy beating Creighton due to the national ranking.

After watching the game so far, I don't think any Creighton fans should complain about flopping. A couple of terrible flops both called offensive fouls on UNI.
