14 conf. wins, BB win, and Arch Madness championship game appearance and I would put them in, and they will present a very strong case for the committee.

Possibly strong resume to Dance:

23-9 Overall record
Big Wins: vs. Ole Miss, vs. Miami, vs. Wichita St. (x2)
Solid wins: UNI (x2), UE (x2), B'busters game
Close losses: vs. N. Mexico (OT), vs. SD State, vs. Creighton (if by 5 or less)

I really don't see Da Trees finishing at 13-5 or better - they are not a whole lot better than the middle-pack teams.

if we lose to ILS tomorrow night, (and that very well could happen) we'll fall so far out of the RPI top 50 that it would take 2 wins over WSU and a win over CU to get back up there. And honestly I am not sure I see that happening. I am hopeful we can go 2-2 with CU/WSU, but even that is going to be very difficult.

anyway, the rest of the season doesn't matter at this point anyway, we just have to worry about tomorrow night and try to win on the road over an ILS team that FINALLY got an MVC win and will be out for revenge against the team that started their freefall into the abyss

One very realistic trees fan. Beat the deadbirds on the road and the Trees are one more step closer to a NIT bid... ;)

I was rooting for the Sycs, but I agree, they made their bed tonight.

Our offense SUCKS! The defense is really good and often times makes up for our poor offensive scheme, but sometimes it just isn't enough. On occasions we hit open shots and shoot well from the free throw line and we will win fairly easily, but that doesn't happen very often. Our coaching staff needs to realize we just don't have great shooters this year and start changing our offense up a little bit. We run the motion pretty well at times and get good looking shots, but never seem to hit the damn shots. Our best offensive nights typically come from driving the ball into the lane forcing the issue to draw fouls or kick outs for mid range jumpers.

Agreed...that game was handed to us and we didn't want it. RPI still at 51.....thank you Miami.

ISUB has two losses to give before their bubble burst.

Well?
