2 weeks ago I would've predicted two 5 seeds in the NCAA with both going to the Sweet 16 and one going to the Elite Eight, maybe further.

Now I will predict two 9 seeds losing in the first round with a 12 seed going to the Sweet 16.

Still can't believe what just happened... On the bright side the MVC now certainly has three teams with fairly decent chances at getting into the NCAA tournament. But on the bad side - most likely no Top 25 teams and even with any of the three "NCAA caliber teams" making a huge run to end the season - the highest seed I see an MVC team getting would be a #8 seed at this point . Both the Jays and Shockers have no one else to blame but themselves... and all the credit goes to Indiana State for putting themselves squarely in the MVC title race.

Awesome win tonight. This was by far the best defensive game weve played this year. Frustrated DMac all night and GE was a non factor. Jake was amazing in the first half and the entire team played great in the 2nd half. F*** the tourney talk and lets focus on SIU.
