McDermott has 41 points. 15-18 from the field. Creighton as a whole is shooting 70% from the field.

Wichita State fans have a right to be disappointed. They just crapped the bed in these last two games, definitely two of the worst performances of the year, and now their "secure" spot in the tournament is definitely in question.

Just an awful, awful way to end the season.

It's tough for me to watch this game. If Mario Moccia hadn't turned SIU basketball into a second tier program by getting rid of Lowery, this would have been nothing but a battle for second place. Congrats to Creighton...make sure to send a thank you card to SIU's AD as this wouldn't have been possible without him.

Gratz to Creighton. Everything was clicking for you. I didn't think my Shox played horrible. You all just found a way and hit some tough shots along the way. Hope it doesn't knock the Shox out of the tourney. Both these teams deserve to represent the Valley IMHO

Suburban horse looked pretty good today. Although I wouldn't call what Doug was doing in the post today any type of a horse contest.
