May be biast here but ISUR has hugely underperformed this year and Birds play like at LOU,and at CU.....just bought all-session tix

THUR:
SIU over MOST (SIU has played really well recently)
DRAKE over BRAD

FRI:
CU over DRAKE
EVAN over INST (EVAN hottest team in MVC now)
WICH over SIU
ISU over UNI (no way they win all 3 vs Birds)

SAT:
CU over EVAN OT
ISU over WICH (After that game in Normal nope....)

CHAMP:
ISU over CU (Win this year baby...)

I can see that. I can envision a UE/ISUred final, too, though CU does appear to have revived some of its swagger from early in the season.

Drake and Wichita in the finals.

If Drake and Wichita play in the finals the game will be much like the Illinois State Drake game in 2008.
Lots of threes...and more threes, big win for the Bulldogs.

The Bulldogs have beaten each team they would have to play to get to the finals.

I won't predict what WSU will do because of bias and history makes it impossible, but I have a gut feeling that Evansville makes it to the championship, whether they win that or not who knows.

Another prediction, WSU fans will be jumping out of the windows of the Westin if we lose to them 3 times in a season.

All year I've waited for Illinois State to play to our capabilities and you know what, I think we did. Too much was said about our strong MVC tourney and people overlooked the fact that were only above average last year. Then we lost our coach and point guard and people expected even more for some reason. Total disconnect between expectation and reality I regret to say.

Illinois State will not win Arch Madness. It's nice to be thought of highly by the others schools but this team was 8-10 for a reason and should be playing tomorrow night.
