Of course they're going to be talking about it for years. This was a program changer. Didn't you see the poster that said Evansville is now a more attractive school than Butler for recruits since Evansville beat Butler?

Highly overrated? Says who, you? Butler will more then likely win over 20 games this year and be in NCAA tournament. Who knows, they may win a game or two. Sure their PG was out. Every team deals with injuries.

Not to surprising almost all the backhanded complaments and sarcastic responses are all from shocker fans. Says a lot about your fan base.

...But they will rise back to the top for the same reasons they rose last year...

Can someone expound upon this statement?

Who cares? Do you think that they are not a good team?

They are an excellent program, and they had one of the longest home court winning streaks in the nation. That was an excellent win for a team like Evansville.

How lame was that, for you to come on here to say that...

Dude check out their message boards. Their fans were not happy with the state their program before they even played Evansville.

More arrogant Shocker fans. You wonder why not many people like WSU.

Butler was pretty happy after the road win at Siena.

If you don't think Head to Head matchups count when recruiting someone then you might be better off following something other than College Sports!

*Bump.*

Still looking for some help with this comment about Evansville rising to the top again, just like they did last year.

If you think Evansville is a more attractive basketball program than Butler then you might be better off in a mental institution.
