Emmanuel Addo 5th YR transfer to MSU

Though mentioned in other threads, Emmanuel was never confirmed here in the recruiting section, but is officially coming to Missouri State from Northern Colorado. Listed at 6'7, 220 on their home page, he's now closer to 6'8-6'9 and goes around 230. He had a solid sophmore year starting and averaging about 10 ppg and 5 rbs with excellent shooting % across the board, but fell out of favor his junior year and only got about 15 minutes a game off the bench. He meets a real need by the Bears for a veteran front court player who can give minutes and production for a year while our pair of 6'10 youngsters [ soph Marshall/frosh McCullough] mature a bit and also allows Kirk to match up better with other players his size. If he can play and produce around his sophmore numbers, Bears will be a top half team. We are talented and deep 1-3, and now appear to have enough size and depth to hold our own on the frontline.
