Did he really say that Blake Simmons is the best Freshman in the conference? I am not even sure he is in the top 10, nice player but low ceiling.

Your awesome sophomore was shut down tonight, not very impressive at all

Colt Ryan wasn't an All-American, and your brutal schedule wasn't half the schedule that UNI played last year

Oh come on now....who is this? Mat Pissoffault? This isn't even an attempt at trolling. 2 All Americans? HAHAHAHAHAHA....UE will be lucky to have 2 All Conference anythings.

Look what Marty did at SIUE. He made them a power and they moved to D1. It takes time. When you visit the Ford Center look at the trophy cases, we have one of the most winning traditions on display. UE will be a mainstay in the NCAA like Creighton and WSU. Marty has won is whole life and bleeds purple!

I think it's pretty obvious this one is yanking your chain guys.

Too much delusion to be taken seriously.

Perhaps the reason why they looked so well early was the fact that they were playing Mercer and Valpo?

Pomeroy rating

99 Mercer ASun 12-5 .6504 107.9 95 102.2 143 66.4 244 +.009 161 .5143
152 Valparaiso Horz 9-8 .5375 108.4 88 107.0 240 67.3 204 -.109 334 .5219

Yes they aren't WSU which is listed at 12, but right now, the Aces are off track and need to right themselves. beating a top 152 team would be good for moral at this point

If they are as good as advertised by FanofBB then UE needs to be more concerned about keeping them at UE than anything else.

Too much talent has gotten away from the league

And last year you had one of the top scorers in the nation as well.

What you're "building" isn't any good. If your ceiling is 18 regular season wins and a CIT appearance, that is a problem. When Balentine is a senior, he might very well be an AA. But you'll still only be winning 18 regular season games and going to the CIT. That's not a good year. Following the blueprint to "re-build" something that was pretty average the first time around isn't a good strategy, except that every three or four years you can "re-build" another average team.
