good game Aces fans, I know it's cliche, but with Ballentine your future looks very good, just need a good supporting cast.

Hope we do NOT see you in St. Louis.

Another ugly win for the Trees. The key word in that sentence, though, is win.

Huge road trip coming up. I am really pulling for ISUb.

I know I'm looking ahead, but I'm not a player:

If Drake can beat both Evansville and Bradley, they'll swipe the 7-seed from the Braves. When the Sycamores play the 2-7 game, Drake's RPI bests Bradley's by 70. This SOS cushion helps alleviate the hit if the Salukis Hinson their way to the 2-3 game over MSU/UNI/ISU.

The Sycamores just look flat out exhausted! This exact same thing happened last year, but we weren't able to close those games out last year. Different story this year. We have done a good job all season long of not losing are composure when teams get those little runs that used to just demoralize us completely. Now, it seems as if this team takes it as a challenge to battle back. I think this squad has the talent and the fight in them to win out to the MVC CG, but I'm not sure they'll have enough gas in the tank to beat the Shockers in the Lou. If it's not a blow-out, we will be getting plenty of looks on Selection Sunday.

If there is any exhaustion this time around I think I would be taking a hard look at the strength coach or whomever is supposed to be keeping these guys in shape. With the ten player depth the handful of young men who play 25-30 minutes a game should be able to do it without their tongue hanging out.

Just who do they want to see in St. Louis if not Evansville? Maybe SIU, Bradley, Illinois State, Mo State, UNI, Drake or maybe Loyola ? Hell they have to play somebody. I don't think they can beat any two of them back to back to get to the championship game.

I disagree. The season wears on the players and unless you have played college basketball, you would not understand.
There is no difference between basketball and life. Give both your best and ignore the "fans" on the sideline.
