I think the NIT has to reconsider either their autobid rule or their field size. This can't sustain. This is the strongest I've ever seen the NIT bubble.

The upshot is that the CBI (if everyone shows up for it) is going to be LOADED.

This could change quickly tonight if Providence holds on and wins. I know the committee says that what happens on the last day doesn't play a big part but I think who wins tomorrow will play a roll in the 1 seeds

I wonder if the selection committee will pair Xavier-Dayton for the First Four in Dayton. That would be ridiculously awesome.

They, the committee, always talks about keeping travel low. But I can't imagine that they would give Dayton a home game for one of the play-in games.

They've already come out and said that if a team is ranked as one of the last 4 in, that'll be a First Four team no matter who they are, including Dayton.
