Last I heard the MVC TV deal doesn't pay out anything to anyone after production expenses.
Wichita State is a far bigger TV draw than even WSU and Creighton were combined last time the TV deal was up, at least. But WSU blowing through MVC teams that can't challenge them isn't good for TV. Teams have to step up.

As far as I can tell you may be correct on the amount paid to schools. I just remember the mention of that 137k in an article from the tribstar this year. That is prolly what ESPN pays the league, and the league likely has it's own responsibilities.
