HOWEVER, let's get this straight. WSU will not go through the regular season undefeated. Given the parity in talent and quality of coaching across college basketball, especially in the MVC, we may never see a team go undefeated in the regular season in this modern era. What are the odds?

WSU has just as good of a shot to go undefeated as they did last year. Well, maybe less -- the noncon schedule is certainly harder.

It is incredibly unlikely to happen. But it was incredibly unlikely last year as well.

We'll definitely see another team go undefeated in the regular season. Probably within ten years.
