This year, our tiny fandom is much more in support of our MVC membership, but the new players are full-on. I was never a fan of the Porter Moser hire, but at this point he's done a FANTASTIC JOB with one of the weakest hands I've ever seen.
It could all come crumbling down quickly in the conference season, but for now he would challenge Ben Jacobsen for COTY with my vote. If Loyola could finish 9-9 in conference (after being picked for last), Moser might earn that vote.
Grats on the season thus far. I don't think you can blame the skepticism shown by many Valley fans with the addition of Loyola. I was hopeful that with a commitment to basketball you might be a decent addition with time. I didn't expect your 2nd year to start lIke this. You guys want respect? This is how you go out and demand respect. Good job! Gotta keep it up!
