ISU was down 3 starters tonight (Purcell, Hawkins and Reggie Lynch), but the Redbirds still took care of business by 42 over Quincy (a D2 school that has a 6-5 record).

Good to see some bench players get some floor time and be successful. The Trees are next on the docket New Years Eve afternoon at Redbird Arena.

Looks like mid January for Purcell return and hopefully sooner than that for Hawkins and Lynch. Will be interesting to see a full strength Redbird team going into Valley play.
