Hate (maybe Jealousy) is easy to pick out. Some (I'm not sure about you) of our valley brethren are undoubtedly cheering against the Shockers.

I for one hope that this is a one year adjustment (down year) period for ISUB. I've certainly have respect for what Lansing has been able to accomplish in Terre Haute. They've been fairly consistent.

How many MVC tournaments have the Shox won since 2000? How many has ISU won? Every team has down years and this just happens to be one for ISU. The Shox had a period from 1988-2006 where they didn't have a single NCAA tourney appearance so don't act like WSU is Duke or something. More like a midwestern mid-major that is coming back down to earth.

MVC tournament is an odd measurement. What about league W/L? I know the Shocker's was low through the 90s, but at least that would be something.

I don't think it's just a WSU poster thing. I've seen other posters do similar things when teams fall at home to Utah State or SE Missouri State or whatever. There's a difference in those types of teams and the ones WSU lost to (Top 20 RPI teams). I don't recall anybody berating UNI for losing at VCU in OT.

Stop trying to single out fans for nothing.
