Good to see Akoon-Purcell back in there. Hopefully he's good to go the rest of the season.

Is Hawkins still dealing with the stress reaction, or are there other issues going on there, or both?

Are the students back in Springfield?
'cause it looks & sounds like there's hardly anyone at that game.

When did Lynch learn how to shoot FTs? Big weapon if he can improve that. 10 for his last 10.

Students aren't back until next week. Not a good crowd. Not a good showing by the Bears so far either.

DAP nailed a three! I love Adam Emenecker as the announcer great basketball IQ and does not show favorites

He has been better lately. He's been quoted several times as being a 75% FT shooter in high school. He said a couple games ago that he had no confidence last year and to start this year. Maybe it will be different. I need a bigger sample size though.

And in response to your other question. Hawkins is back with a boot. No return timetable yet.

If this game were being played at the Little Bighorn, MSU would be playing the part of Custer.

Emmenecker at halftime - and on the air: "Illinois State is shooting the crap out of it". True dat.

2014-15 Technical Foul Count:
Muller 2, Marshall 0

After reading through an Illinois State message board, who would've thunk it?

DAP gives our offense another dimension. Showing no hesitation getting to the paint. I think the injury problems will end up benefitting is greatly. Allowed a lot of guys to gain some confidence.
