We keep hearing this...but no actual proof of us being pretentious assholes.

That's not an intellegent post.

Fran wouldn't respond to something like that...

Indiana State 8-4

Illinois State 7-5
-1 game back
-"2" games behind the Trees due to sweep.

Evansville 7-6
-1.5 games back

How it will likely look tomorrow...
Indiana State 8-5
Illinois State 7-6
Evansville 7-6

Evansville is really the greater threat to the Trees. That sweep makes the hill very steep for IL St.

Indiana State 9-5
Evansville 8-6 (-1)
Illinois State 7-7 (-2)

Barring a complete implosion by the Trees, this should be a 2 team race between INS and UE.

our remaining schedule (Indiana State)

@ MSU

UE has to play at UNI and WSU right?, and also home vs. Illinois State

Real close.
3rd - InSU
4T - IlSU, UE
6th - Loyola

Loyola and Drake have about equal chances of going 2-2 in the final 4 games. That should leave Loyola out of Thursday night. The other way of looking at it is that Drake has been coming on strong, while Loyola has been going the other direction, but Doyle's status has to be considered in Loyola's situation.

I'm still going with Loyola avoiding Thursday night.

TRESS, most certainly have the smoothest path to a third place finish. Having a one game lead over The ACES and two over BIRDS, definitely helps.
ACES and BIRDS, seem to be interchangeable.
Either way.
They'll (ACES & BIRDS) play each other in back to back games.
One as the last game of their respective season. Then, followed by the 4-5 seed match-up in St Louis.

Re: Indiana State the only sure thing left is @ MSU. SIU always gives ISU fits, Bradley played a reasonably solid game in TH, and the Shox are WAY OUT of ISU's league. So...it's possible that the Sycamores could have 1-3 dirty diapers come Arch Madness! Also don't forget...Lansing's squads always dribble down their leg this time of the year during regular season.
