Championship-Yep. WSU will win the MVC regular season championship, go to the final four and maybe win it all-but only after having lost the MVC tournament. Strange isn't it, to think you feel more confident about the final four than you do about winning the Valley tournament.

At this point, before a single game is played, I will be disappointed if WSU isn't in the sweet 16. A lot can happen between now and March.

Well, they are free, and no one knows how much input Nike had over the design. 3 or 4 sets of new unis every year and free shoes is a pretty sweet deal. Nike likes the Shox.

Now that the Shox are becoming a national name brand, perhaps the coaches and athletic department wanted "SHOCKERS" to be as easy to read as possible.

I mean you're an Evansville fan so you know what good basketball is.

You know CB does not predict these types of things. I'm assuming you mean a championship of national nature...

We will win the MVC championship and probably the MVC tournament as well, as long as our coach isn't delirious with pneumonia and we don't have the distraction of having to bail out drunks from the county jail. With health and harmony intact, we could certainly win the whole enchilada. It's just fun being part of the discussion.

I do not like them either. Perhaps we are going for the understated look to compensate for what will be an overstated presence on the court.
