Perhaps, the game this weekend in St Louis, may not be too much of a challenge for a banged up SHOX.
Morehead State handled The Billikens, with relative ease, winning by 14 at Chaifetz.

It absolutely could get worse. UNI is 5-1 with a win against the #1 team.

I'm actually pleased with where Drake is so far. WSU is struggling, but given their name brand they've built, the committee and national analysts will give them somewhat of a pass with the understanding Van Vleet missed these games. (Still need to get rolling tho obviously)

Loyola has been disappointing to me. The ISU's as well. But still, it could absolutely be worse.

UNI has outperformed considering the win over UNC. The rest of the league especially WSU not so much - and I get the injuries, just saying.

Right, don't get me wrong, it's not great or good by any means, but it could definitely be worse.

I think the "pass" that WSU will get will not be solely because of Van Vleet. Once Feb/March rolls around, if WSU is really hitting on all cylinders with VV, Frankamp and hopefully Grady and Shamet back in the lineup, I think the selection committee will realistically look at what team was able to take the floor in Orlando. 3-4 of those people were missing in each of those 3 losses. That's a LOT of talent missing.

I'm with Stickboy. If everything happens as it's supposed to, and Wichita gets everyone back and begins firing on all cylinders, then they deserve a pass based on recent history. I don't think there's a lot of wiggle room however, as the Valley is very down this year and any slip up will be deemed a "bad loss" in the eyes of the committee. Wichita is going to have to pull off a 15-3 or 16-2 year. 14-4 this year wont cut it if they want an at large.

If everyone come back healthy, 14-4 would be a disappointment.

But not everyone is coming back healthy. So, we'll see.

Assuming Evansville can go 11-1 in non-conference, then they only need to go like 14-4 in conference.

And what type of quality wins would they have on their resume, assuming 4 of those losses are to UNI and WSU?
