If the ISU-Carolina beating Panthers show up, UNI could win by 15, if not, Shockers could win by 15, 25, 35 points.
I was really confused for a moment thinking there was some reference to the Carolina Panthers football team.
UNI needs to shoot 40%+ from three to have a chance. Otherwise it could get ugly. Bohannon and Jesperson need to both have big games.
Very true.
If you look at both the UNC and the ISU games where we won Jesperson had 14 and 21 points respectively. If you look at the games we have struggled recently, and Jesperson has been terrible. He really is a key piece and we need him to play well offensively.

That could be the result of familiarity (conference opponents) versus unfamiliarity (non-conference opponents).

Although Baker might have just taken the wind out of their sails.

Fun game. Good thing WSU has four centers as we are going to need all of them. Koch is drawing fowls the way Bob Ross used to draw Happy Trees. That along with Bohannon's deep ball is keeping UNI in the game.
Koch picks up his fourth foul with 12 to go.

Koch fouled out with 6-8 minutes to go which was pretty much the turning point in the game. McDuffie pulling a Cleanthony Early stealing the ball and beating his man down court for the dunk.
Shockers win 74-55. It was much, much closer than that.

I've been trying to post this since Koch fouled out, but I was getting permanent refreshes on the board.
these refs do not like tall players.

Shox took control and never gave up a lead. On their way to another blowout win on the road. Nice to see FVV and Baker leave Cedar Falls with the W on their belt.
I'm guessing we don't see valleychamp around these parts for a long, long time.
