With freshman pheonoms Ben Simmons, Antonio Blankney, Malik Newmann, Dwayne Bacon and Corey Saunders could this be the top freshman class in ncaa history

Not even close. Those are some very good players with careers ahead of them, but not some legendary class IMO. BTW, WSU was heavily involved with the recruitment of Dwayne Bacon and Corey Sanders.
