Why do some players not have their names on the back of their jersey's? Numbers 10 and 15 come to mind.

The Bears never quit, despite the butt kicking.

When Coach Alford was the MSU head coach, we got our butts kicked in every game. I used to get so mad and frustrated because the Shocks could not win.

Thanks. Number 5 is Obi Church. He's a very fine young player. He also had a couple of pretty spectacular blocks last night one on Anton Grady.

There was some type of issue with the Bears uniforms last night.

Church is really impressive. Hard to believe he's just a freshman. He's got a huge upside if he's playing like this as a freshman. I looked him up and was surprised to see he was a minimally recruited 2 star prospect despite his athleticism and big numbers in high school. Springfield, Illinois is either overlooked, or he wasn't on a top AAU squad.

He played for the Illinois Irish, one of central Illinois' top programs. He wouldn't get many national eyes on him, but he was definitely known in the Midwest. I thought he would be decent, but he has outplayed my expectations. He always seemed like a nice kid. I'm glad to see him doing well. I know he came really close to committing to UWGB (which may have meant a later commitment to Bradley).

I agree. I liked him in HS, thought he was an MVC player, but not this good, this quickly. ISU and Bradley messed up on this one. It happens.
