Certainly that would always be a concern. There are never guarantees in life. But I think it is worth mentioning that even though some of these guys didn't even play even when BU needed a bench and Wardle kept them engaged...they were always really supportive at the end of the bench like you see with successful teams.

So I suspect Wardle isn't the type to let problems fester, which is why so many walked out the door last year. He's building and environment and an attitude first.
