You are not reading RPI forecast correctly.
If ISUR wins out in the regular season and win 2 in STL they are projected to have a RPI of 55. That would put them on the bubble - maybe on the wrong side of the bubble, but still on the bubble.
If UNI does the same thing, their projected RPI is 46.
Yes, you are correct if you include the conference tournament option.
Still not happening. And I don't count an MVC team with a 55 RPI as on the bubble. WSU was not in the first 4 out in anyone's projections with better RPIs in 2010 and 2011. I would imagine pterodactyls ruled the skies the last time a Valley team got an at-large bid with an RPI in the 50s.
