Basketball will be a afterthought, ran by the NCAA for the 26 or so Non-Big 4 conferences.
It will be a fair assemblage, still have some excitement to it - and no Big 4 teams. FCS football Playoffs, NCAA Basketball Tourney, College Cup, and the CWS are still alive and well -shared by the 26-31 leftover conferences when the Big Boys left, NCAA brokers Media contracts for all of its' properties now.
The big four broke away from the NCAA in total. Football, basketball, and baseball are their only sports now...they canned all the rest and the Title programs. Have their own little tourneys paid for by ESPN, CBS, and the rest of the media cronies.

MWC - Summit - C-USA - A-10, etc. All the Iowa Uni's cut their sports programs drastically. UNI no longer has sports programs. Only Iowa has a full slate of programs... Iowa St cut Football, Baseball and other non-revenue producing sports...
