Actually Avila and Devries numbers are very similar. Devries averages 22 to Avila’s 17. Both average 7 rebounds and 4 assists(Avila a little more on both). Devries shoots 45/36/80. Avila 55/40/81. Devries has 75 turnover to 53 and Devries averages 36 minutes a game to Avilas 30.

For the most part, certainly. But... averaging 5 extra points will do the trick when comparing guys head to head.
