Van Vleet may. Tough to say what he'll be like as a senior. He lacks size and elite athleticism, but his level of improvement was incredible this year.
He has an outside shot at being drafted, but that's still a shot.

I would say that Baker "projects" as an NBA PG, whereas Fred does not at this time.
