I sure hope Big Mac took care of Jacobsen at Christmas.

Certainly not first team, but maybe a stretch for second team. Too many good returning players for a frosh to get the nod - Durley, Ahelegbe, Weems, Warren, Lathan, Mallet, Murry. I'm sure I am forgetting others but these names popped into mind quickly.

Nah...he probably asked Jake to put his friend hat on again and have Anthony James transfer over and incoming recruit Seth Tuttle.

I know it is difficult, but look at the statistics from an objective standpoint. Remove the player name, team and his age. Ranking in the top 5 in both rebounding and scoring and top 10 in FG % would garner 1st Team all MVC honors every single year and maybe even POY consideration. I realize that finishing with these kinds of stats is a big IF for Doug, but if he does, not being on the 1st Team would be a travesty of epic proportion.

I'm being objective and just think there are enough good players to keep him off the first team. I wonder who was the last Frosh to be all-MVC?

It could; I have Weems and Warren neck and neck for POY.

Zero chance Warren wins. At some point, your team has to win games for you to earn awards like this.
