If you honestly think Cuonzo Martin was yelling and/or screaming with any malicious intent towards Creighton players or trying to boast or show off, then you have an agenda. It was a good, well-fought game. I really wish there wasn't always somebody trying to ruin the efforts afterward by throwing goofy accusations or whining about the refs.

Please keep the name calling and profanity off the board.

Thanks.

Seriously, great game by the Jays! They had a plan and almost won with it. GE is a beast and Little Mac is smart and tough. Those 2 are gonna give nightmares for years. Croud was big and loud (for a change) without any special deals to get them.
Jays fans must have liked what they saw. Besides Doug and Greg E, Jones stepped up, Antoine made big plays and Big Mac stopped the Bears momentum with a takedown of the referee (he needed thumped) and avoided a T while doing it.
In the end, the Bears mental toughness overcame.

Go Shocks! or Sycs! Not sure?

OMG, no, it wasn't with "malicious" intent...no one said that. It was immature and classless to be screaming about winning while you're in the handshake line. Wait for 60 seconds and then do a flying leap into the student section if you want to. Just have some class in the handshake line. Why is this so hard to understand?

It was a comment by a couple CU fans about an observation of the coach's behavior and then MSU fans got defensive using deflecting tactics talking about anything except the one small issue presented. This CU fan has continued to defend his position and I'm sure someone else will come along with more off topic comments to in their mind justify what I thought was bush league behavior that should have been put off for 60 seconds until his contact with the other team was completed.

Looking back at the video, yeah, he probably should've cooled it down a few degrees, but he was just celebrating!

Side note, HOW THE HECK DID McDERMOTT NOT GET T'D UP?!

Jays stayed competitive and owned the game for about 38 minutes until Ashford and Korver stepped up to the line. I guess it's an improvement since we've been playing only 20 solid minutes a game usually. We need more McDermott, AY and GE and less Lawson, Ashford and Korver.

We have lost these types of games for the last 10 years (until this year), probably since Spoon left. Kind of seems like a dream this year. Hope we get used to winning them but not yet.

Should Coach McD been T'd up? Probably. But the whistle was so far down that refs throat from the previous play he couldn't regurgitate it in time to blow it.. Weems blatant pushing of Echenique on that play was the definition of bush league.

Jays should have won that game but they didnt, and the only score that counts is the final one. I would just prefer to take a mulligan on this year and move on to next!!

Cuonzo's reaction was too much in the handshake line. Probably should have toned it down a little, but if you were there, you'd know there was a tremendous amount of emotion in that building. You could almost cut it with a knife. A crowd like that has been a long time coming for this program, and a loss would have been disastrous for the Bears. As a fan I'm sure I looked like an absolute idiot jumping up and down in the stands, so I understand the difficulty of containing one's emotions at that particular moment.
