Back in a role that suits him; guy just wasn't HC material. Some aren't.

He can recruit well. He's had his successes in the assistant roll. Hope he does good things while in Omaha.

I figured he would find an assistant coaching job easily. By all accounts he was very good in that role. I wish him well.
