New NCAA Rules

Agents will now be allowed to represent athletes and the NCAA will work in cooperation with a host of other entities on enforcement. Also players who declare for the draft and go undrafted are permitted to return. Will this help clean up the game?

Was something wrong with the game? I'm not sure what they are trying to "clean up". This whole thing is a joke.
