Sooner or later, people will realize that DeAndre Williams is a Sophomore.

The review of the Aces was in depth but i think it was off the mark. Indications are that KJ Riley will not be the prime ball handler as he was last year, but a 2 or 3 guard in the system. There will be an upgrade in ball handling, passing, and 3 point shooting with Williams, Cunliffe, and Labinowicz now available to play. Set and shoot players like Frederking and Kuhlman should be more effective in their offensive roles. The offense should also open up the lanes for Riley. He should not have to be so creative to score this season. Offensive rebounding which has been a UE problems for years should be better. The Aces will have a 10-11 man rotation available this year. The offense will be quicker and should score a lot of points. Defense is the question mark. I'm looking forward to seeing an improved Aces team this year and maybe starting Arch Madness on Friday.

Mac, well said. I won't believe the Aces will be a Thursday team this year until they prove me wrong.

If you click the link and go to "writers" you can read all about them.

It's just a couple guys running a college basketball site. They've got 1000+ followers on twitter. They maybe spread themselves a little thin, but pretty knowledgeable.

Three man weave is run by two men? That is flagrant false advertising!

Isn't it the other way? Since they were a Thursday team last year wouldn't they need to prove they ARENT one first?

You could say that, but you could also say you are just trying to be an azz. By the way of your edification, a reasonably educated person would have said that they need to prove they ARE NOT one, or they need to prove that they AREN'T one. There is no such word as ARENT.

You know what I meant. I have my popcorn ready for ACES basketball this year. Gonna be Loyola Marymount 2.0 running roughshot all over the MVC.
