I missed the first games for everyone... That's fine, i think i would have gotten a few wrong and messed up my ratio... Here are my weekend picks..

UNI vs Northern Illinois - Northern Iowa
Indiana State @ Dayton - Indiana State gets a good win
Ball State @ Evansville - Ball State
Valpo @ SLU - SLU (I hope Valpo wins though)
IUPUI @ Bradley - Bradley bounces back
SIU v Oakland - SIU
Alabama State @ MO State - MO State (If we lose this game, I will quit on this page, and on the team)
Little Rock @ Illinois State - Illinois State avenges the loss

Southern wins by 12 over CUSA preseason #2 in Game 1 of a new sheriff in town.

Loyola was 70 points closer to Furman than Mississippi Valley was to Utah and wasn’t even the worst team from the Lake Shore tonight (Northwestern dumped by 10 to D1 virginity-breaking Merrimack).

As of Saturday morning, the KenPom projected best record in the Valley is 11-7; projected worst record is 7-11. The top team right now? Loyola, despite the Furman loss. Worst team? Illinois State, despite the Belmont win.

At this point, I think there are two words that describe the Valley: "parity" and "parody".

We did what we should have. Could've shot better. Henry was out. Browns 10 dimes and ability to get to the line helped salvage another poor shooting night for him. Hes a stud and will be fine. Childs went beast mode. We got something cooking in PTOWN. Go BU!
