Loyola will be playing in the Myrtle Beach Invitational with Charlotte, Dayton, Missouri, Nebraska, Penn, Pittsburgh and Utah State.

Really solid field with some likely tournament teams but winnable. Next season could be a special one for Loyola.

Might have to rethink my choice for Mo. ST. to be the best of the Valley this year. Bears looking rather anemic against Miami.

Well, the bears couldn't pull it off, but they did make a good game out of it. They need to learn how to play for 40 minutes.
